BSOAD-COED 3B ORGANIZATION
This organization is composed of 28 managers who are under the supervision of their boss, Mr. Hector Teodoro Miranda. The managers are entitled to do certain tasks or activities that would serve as their output that would help each individual to assess themselves and that would make them aware of the environment they belong to. And in these activities we will learn to work collaboratively with others.
ACTIVITY: PROJECT PARANOIA
In the activity conducted by our boss, we, as managers were given a chance to be the observee and observer . For me, it means that we are not only observing other people on how they behave in certain situation but also that we are also being observed by others even if we are aware of them or not. This activity really means a lot because it enables the aspiring managers to know more about themselves and to their colleagues as well. It makes us aware what are our strengths and weaknesses that will serve as our guide in order to improve ourselves professionally as managers.
During the activity, I have noticed that there are different kinds of behaviors projected by my co-managers. Some are seen to be a potential leader while some are only quite and seems to be confused on what is going on around them. Although most of us are nervous but then, all are participating in the said activity. These differences of behavior greatly influenced the effectiveness of our organization in order to accomplish certain tasks given by our boss.
Somehow I can classify our group behavior as formal group and informal group. It is a formal group because managers create work groups that carry out assigned jobs. It is also an informal group because it develop around common interest and friendship.
Whatever kind of organization we have, it is all about how we behave in different situation and how we communicate, cooperate or interact with other people inside the organization.
